"Across the Bridge of Hope" (2002)
Första spåret, "Across the Bridge of Hope", musik Jan Sandström, har fått ge titel åt denna CD. Vid millennieskiftet sjöngs sången av 8 000 körsångare i 56 länder. Fredsbudkavlen ingick i projektet "Körsång för fred och rättvisa". Jan Sandströms nära samarbete med vokalensemblen har resulterat även i "Bieggá luohte", ett körverk som utgår från en samisk jojk av Johan Märak.
Skivan har ett flertal verk från nutid av Jan Ferm, Tomas Jennefelt, Eskil Hemberg, Johannes Johansson och Anders Åstrand. Avnjut också de instrumentala inslagen med nyckelharpa och slagverksensemble.
A choir could be said to be the ultimate example of different people working together in harmony to create a thing of beauty. The advent of the millennium and its theme-song of Hope which was sung around the world has been the inspiration behind the idea of this choral record with a difference.
